Absolutely terrible service. The day I go in, 2 service members and a service manager at their computers. I make eye contact with the service manager and he looks away, then takes one of the service tech's to the back while the other service member hides behind her screen. I stand there another 3-5 min, (keep in mind, no body has even acknowledged me standing there yet.) Then suddenly the service member behind the screen picks up a piece of paper and walks away. Another 2 min goes by and the service member finally comes back, walks right by me, sits back behind her screen, (still no acknowledgment of me standing there) then finally, about a min later, she stuck her head out and the first thing out of her mouth is "Do you have an appointment, because we're too busy to take anybody new". So I asked if everyone was pissed off today because I've been ignored and literally pushed out without even being acknowledged in the first place. If you want to be treated like garbage as a customer, than I suggest you go to Northstar Ford Cochrane. Was my first time going back there in about 4 years and I see, things haven't changed a bit. Don't waste your time. More

Waiting for a call from the dealer for 3 weeks. Salesman finally sent a message: call me after 7 hr. A sales manager who gives you lessons in economics via e-mail. I CONTACTED ANOTHER FORD DEALER TO GET THE SAME TRUCK: with the following result: F350 BOS cheaper, deposit: 1000$ without conditions, refund 1000$ of my money lost with Ford Northern Star. Truck comes with better mudpads, plus reverse sensor at 0$, and finally better service. I LOST MY TIME AND MONEY WITH NORTHERN STAR FORD COCHRANE, AB. More

We called the dealership when no response and never got a call back. It was to sort out the terrible customer service we received from purchase to delivery. The terrible service appears to be from the top of the managers and carried right down the chain of command. It is no wonder the service is so bad. We have purchased new vehicles from other dealerships, and can honestly say this was the worst experience we have ever had with customer service. We will not be returning to this dealership for any of our vehicle needs. More
If you are passing through Cochrane and you need any kind of work done on your ford vehicle, you are best to keep going. I have been a Ford owner for 40+ years and this experience wants me to change to a GM of work done on your ford vehicle, you are best to keep going. I have been a Ford owner for 40+ years and this experience wants me to change to a GM product. Unbelievable that the service dept. would charge $235 to clear a code saying they repaired the problem. I wasn't even out of Cochrane and the fault codes came up again, I couldn't go back to the dealer as I was on a schedule to get back to the west coast. I complained to the manager but have yet to receive a call, My guess is that out of town people do not mean a thing to them, which reflects on the Ford product. Boo Ford. More
I started taking my Ford Edge to North Star Ford in Cochrane at the start of the pandemic as it was simply more convenient and setting appointments and waiting at most dealerships was not really availa Cochrane at the start of the pandemic as it was simply more convenient and setting appointments and waiting at most dealerships was not really available. My first experience was excellent and they handle everything for me making it easy. When my next service time came up I got a notice from them, in advance. I went back again and the service department staff were all fantastic, friendly and very helpful and efficient. The drop off and delivery went great and the service time was very good. Each time now I have returned I have never found any variance from the friendly attitude and fast efficient servicing of my vehicle. They are very good at informing me of what the service needs are and going over the results. I feel valued and listened to and very comfortable recommending Cochrane North Star Ford to anyone.
