Excellent service as always My 2014 Edge is a maintenance contract. Took it in for 50 k check. Found a problem with the LH tie rod. I was disappointed I booked an appt for maintenance and platinum cleaning package weeks in advance for a 7 am appt time. I was called at 3 pm ish that there was no time I booked an appt for maintenance and platinum cleaning package weeks in advance for a 7 am appt time. I was called at 3 pm ish that there was no time to do my cleaning and could they keep car overnight. I booked the whole day off work and cannot book off two so unable to do so. More
