No Response I dropped my car at morning time, and got the promise I can get it back at afternoon. At afternoon, there was no call or email. I tried to call the service department around 4:30pm, there was no answer and I left a voice mail with my detailed info. However, No one called me back until the next morning. I tried to announce the problem, all their staff give me the same answer“ I do not know what happened." I feel bad about the service experience. More

Service is improving ...more customer service required. I dropped off my vehicle at the service department last Tuesday for an oil change and to have a recalled part replaced. Serviceman was efficient and I dropped off my vehicle at the service department last Tuesday for an oil change and to have a recalled part replaced. Serviceman was efficient and polite. Mentioned that work would take several hours and that he would call me when it was ready. I never did get the call. I arrived several hours later and found that my Explorer was parked outside, I checked inside with another service person and was told that it was ready and to go,to,the service window to pay my bill. I approached the gal and was told that the paper work had not shown up and waited in the lounge area. Twenty minutes later I checked again and another girl found the paper work in a tray on the other side of the room. Thank you Carmen, otherwise I would still be sitting there waiting. Still need some customer service tune- ups there. I should have been called to say that the work had been completed. Secondly when I first arrived, first girl should have said, let me check to see where your paper work is! More
