Not the great experience I normally have. Normally a great experience- but this time someone did not do their job. I had reported a tire leak which they were going to look into. First service appointment was great :) I am very pleased with how smooth my first appointment went at Northstar Ford. As my vehicle was purchased used from a private sale, the extended ser I am very pleased with how smooth my first appointment went at Northstar Ford. As my vehicle was purchased used from a private sale, the extended service plan and additional warranty needed to be transferred into my name through Ford. I was able to do this at Universal Ford with no problems and by the time I went for service at Northstar, the transfer was in the computer and the service team followed through as required.
