Garbage. Bring your vehicle elsewhere. In twice back to back at this dealership and still not fixed. Still waiting for them to call me to calibrate the cameras on the truck. Had it in for the locking mechanism for four wheel drive. They said they fixed it but no. It continues to make a grinding noise. Its been two weeks now so I think a call from them isn't in the cards. Going to bring it to Woodbridge ford so some professionals can fix it properly. More

Love Hate I brought my vehicle in for it's regular maintenance and was told about a leak but that it was okay that I waited until the next services to get it fi I brought my vehicle in for it's regular maintenance and was told about a leak but that it was okay that I waited until the next services to get it fixed. A week later my engine light went on so made arrangements to drop it off and was told there was a loose connection but it had been tightened and I shouldn't have any issues. Two days later, the engine light came on again. Again I made arrangements to drop it off, this time they found a leak and had to order a part to deal with the engine light. I'm a little frustrated as I was under the impression that the vehicle is given a thorough look over when in for service and its time that I have to request off of work when I have to drop it off. This is why I only gave 3 stars for quality of service. Fiona however, was awesome (which I can't say for the rest of the staff there that day) and very accommodating so be thankful that you have people like her working for you. I'm waiting for a call back to advise the part is in at which time I'll be dropping my vehicle off for a third time. I really hope this is the last time, at least until the next service appointment.
