Excellent Customer Service! My service advisor was Cassandra. She was fantastic! Always kept me up-to-date on my repair status and was very upbeat and friendly to deal with. He was attentive to my needs and had my issues dealt with in a timely manner. He also helped me get a tow truck with Ford roadside assistance and also a rental car and made the whole process very smooth. Would definitely recommend Northstar Ford Calgary! More

Recent service I had a new radiator installed on my vehicle 5 days ago and within 3 days we had coolant leaks on the driveway. In addition the coolant in the reserv I had a new radiator installed on my vehicle 5 days ago and within 3 days we had coolant leaks on the driveway. In addition the coolant in the reservoir was partially frozen. A new rad hose was installed and the radiator cap replaced. I asked for an explanation as to why the coolant would freeze and I did not initially receive a satisfactory explanation. When I picked up my vehicle I asked for confirmation of the strength of the coolant which was found to be good for -28 degrees C rather than -40 degrees C. I was surprised that a light vehicle mechanic would not automatically check the strength of the coolant as part of the process. I found Liane and Damian to be very cordial and helpful but I have lost some confidence in the quality of the work being done. Also I paid $1400 for a new radiator last week and then was charged $45 for the new rad cap. Over wise parts and labour were under warranty. More

160,000 check-up. The vehicle was still running albeit not the greatest performance. Checked it in for the 160,000 checkup a little early (1,500). Following new plugs The vehicle was still running albeit not the greatest performance. Checked it in for the 160,000 checkup a little early (1,500). Following new plugs and filters as well as a tune-up it is running a lot better although not as I remember when it was new. Still a good decision to get the tuneup done. More

Not satisfied Took my truck in for starting problems which occurred periodically and are related to the remote start system or power door locks or anti theft system Took my truck in for starting problems which occurred periodically and are related to the remote start system or power door locks or anti theft system. Paid over 400.00 and as soon as I picked up my vehicle not even out of the lot I had same problem. I was willing to leave it for further work but mechanic had other projects on the go ? He did not test vehicle enough to allow for proper diagnosis and said he disconnected the remote start system but was “ surprisingly enough” able to start vehicle with the key fob remote? Really ? I was told I could bring it back but when I heard the same mechanic would be working on it I opted not to. Thanks for nothing. More

Very Professional Northstar Ford have been exceptional in their service and following things through. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cassandra Walker on multiple Northstar Ford have been exceptional in their service and following things through. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cassandra Walker on multiple occasions due to issues with a car purchased from another dealership. From the start she was on my side and was happy to be CC'd into emails from the Owner of the other dealership so she could see the issues I was dealing with. The car had a multitude of mechanical issues that were not made known from purchase. After the car broke down on the highway during a blizzard (Had been serviced at Northstar Ford a few days before) I decided to have it towed to NF and trade it in for a reliable and sound vehicle. The dealership did everything possible to get me out of a lemon of a car and into something that I am happy with. Giles Holmes More
