Friendly and went above my expectations I brought my Escape in for a routine maintenance (I purchased the extended warranty package when I purchased my vehicle from Northstar Ford). Horrible experience overall Had my vehicle in 3 times for the same issue. They were unable to properly diagnose and over a week to get fixed. They were able to assist me with getting a rental and had the repairs done by end of Monday. Friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend these guys. More
