Service I have a service plan for my truck and when I brought it in for service was told plan had expired one month ago. Told mgr there was no notice given to I have a service plan for my truck and when I brought it in for service was told plan had expired one month ago. Told mgr there was no notice given to me on last service and that there was two full services unused on the plan, told that there was nothing that could be done even though I had been bringing truck there since 2013. NOT service. However, front group did great job getting me in for oil change on a holiday Monday. More

The Truck had aftermarket repair insurance with only a few km left The service techs diagnosed the vehicle problem and indicated the costs of repair. The Truck had aftermarket repair insurance with only a few km left in the program. Liane the service writer contacted them and provided all the information they needed and waited for their response as the engine repair was expensive. She was successful at getting them to cover a large part of the costs. The work was finished and the vehicle returned to me by the end of the week. I was very pleased with Liane’s professional manner in dealing with me and the insurance provider. I think she went beyond the normal in providing a seamless repair experience for me.
