service on my F-350 I have purchased a couple of trucks from these folks and have had them back for service and some repairs. My most recent contact was to have my F-350 I have purchased a couple of trucks from these folks and have had them back for service and some repairs. My most recent contact was to have my F-350 serviced. I made the appointment in advance, they called to remind me (not necessary but still appreciated) and when I arrived at my appointed time was taken care of immediately. The service writers and all the staff for that matter clearly go out of their way to make you feel welcome, appreciated and comfortable. I didn't need the shuttle service this time around as my wife was available to pick me up but I have used it in the past. First class is the only way to describe it in my view. Friendly, courteous and on time. Recently I had my Kia in for a wheel alignment, not what you might expect from your Ford deal but they handled it smoothly. I don't find their pricing to be out of line and they do things right the first time. All in all a great a experience in a task not known to be that much fun. More

F-150 FX in for six month service The service department was very accommodating with scheduling my service appointment. Lynne was very personable and identified a need for a wheel ali The service department was very accommodating with scheduling my service appointment. Lynne was very personable and identified a need for a wheel alignment in conjunction with the regularly scheduled service. The work was performed in a very timely manner. My only concern is that the check list of items that were inspected identified that everything passed inspection, but neglected to identify a large area of rock damage / crack to the windshield. This leans toward questions regarding the thoroughness of the inspection. I hope that time constraints did not supersede quality of the service to my vehicle. More

Especially seeing how my car broke down during christmas, hours were few during this time, they went above and beyond and hooked me up with a rental for the duration until my car was fixed and kept me updated all the way. And that is why i ONLY got to NORTHSTAR because everytime i go the customer service is outstanding! i cant say that about any other dealer because ive been treated horrible everywhere else. Didnt think id say this because i always felt i bought a "lemon" car with all of the recalls its had but once i got it back it drove better than the first day i drove it off the lot! Best service, best people, smiling faces, and most importantly people that actually care especially when your stuck in the worst situation around times like christmas.
