The very professional service representative that I keep dealing with is amazing, friendly with a smile at all times, eager to help and answer questions and also very knowledgeable. "MITCH" I want to once again, say thank you for going out of your way to provide a fantastic service experience. You even made a point of introducing me to the mechanic "Ryan" as he double checked my F150 over the second time as a courtesy because I was concerned about certain things. It was very different to have a conversation with both of them about my truck (great work guys). The employee's at Northstar Ford work very well together in make a pleasant experience each time. Big work, reasonable cost The timing chain of my 4 year old F-150 stretched and was causing all sorts of issues and internal damage to cogs. As this was just outside of the wa The timing chain of my 4 year old F-150 stretched and was causing all sorts of issues and internal damage to cogs. As this was just outside of the warranty period, it was my responsibility to cover all costs. This was quoted to be a 3-day job with a number of new parts to be purchased. Mitch at Northstar was friendly, clear and accurate in his communication and provided great updates and follow up throughout the process. The net result was the work was completed in 2.5 days and the final bill came in about 20% below the quoted price (which was more than appreciated). Northstar's service dept. met all of my expectations for this work and I would recommend to others. More

Brittany was personable, knowledgable, and attentive. She remember me by name when I returned to pick up the vehicle. This is not the first time I have brought my vehicles to North Star ford for service and wont be my last as their people have always treated me well. My only issue was the amount I had to pay to have my 3 issues looked at was each charged seperatly by the hour rate, even though the total inspection took less then an hour. I know this is typical dealership and big business policy but it still bugs me every time :) More
