Work on Tuesday the 10th,came for an oil change,yikes. Have always come to North Star for service, but it was to be an oil change appt,,but Fiona came out,to say I had,big issues with rear brakes etc.(don, Have always come to North Star for service, but it was to be an oil change appt,,but Fiona came out,to say I had,big issues with rear brakes etc.(don,t have service order in front of me,), but 755.00'later. I was told I had some issues a year ago, but, knew I was having no braking issues, still didn,t and have noticed no change since! Yesterday. Just want to affirm, that we need service of course, but 78,000'kil. To have such major issues. Please,please, absolutely enjoy the fact lights etc.,are checked, but put them back to automatic, or where they were.!!, people should be shown how to use this feature, LOL. In ending, don,t want to spend money unless absolutely needed!!! More
Great Service as Always! I have been using this dealership since it was Crowfoot Ford. Since they have brought on Rob, the service levels have increased substantially. I alw I have been using this dealership since it was Crowfoot Ford. Since they have brought on Rob, the service levels have increased substantially. I always drop off my vehicles in the morning and Rob is always there smiling and welcoming us to the service department. The changes Rob began making to the service department have been very positive, you can really see the consistency in the service advisors - no matter who you deal with. As well, bringing in Fiona was a huge benefit. She is very knowledgeable and up front when you deal with her. If there is a problem, she fixes it or advises on the next steps/ outcomes. I can't say enough about how Rob and his new team have brought the level of service up at Northstar! More

Poor follow up They called a few times and since the line was busy they sent an e-mail, but we were waiting for a phone call.
