Great F-150 Service I had a couple of issues electrically with my truck. I was a bit frustrated that I was being quoted on two diagnostic fees for each issue but agreed I had a couple of issues electrically with my truck. I was a bit frustrated that I was being quoted on two diagnostic fees for each issue but agreed with the service. My service adviser indicated he would do everything he could to see the proper diagnosis was done. At the end of the day one item was a warranty and the other I was fairly changed for 1/2hour of diagnosis. I was very happy with the upfront explanations and fairness of the overall service. More

Very friendly Over all the service was very good as well as my service advisor Fiona, but when my tires were changed one of my hub caps was missing I have called em Over all the service was very good as well as my service advisor Fiona, but when my tires were changed one of my hub caps was missing I have called emailed and even went in to th dealership they keep telling me lemons ele will deal with it and get back to me no one has. I will call again but getting a good feeling., they are all friendly but I still don't have my hub cap back So for that reason my rating is lower . I do not want to spent my time calling I am busy like everyone ele The spring deal doe not mention the labor iextra charge More

hidden shop fees I found a 12% fee on service to be very deceiving and an underhanded way to charge a higher price. when a price is posted or verbally given to a cust I found a 12% fee on service to be very deceiving and an underhanded way to charge a higher price. when a price is posted or verbally given to a customer it should be the total price with or without GST which is mentioned at the time. Just build the fee in or be equally upfront about it as your regular charges. hiding it in the fine print and mentioning that competitors do it to is a bad way to explain it to a customer.
