Miss communication cleared up. I am not from Calgary and was told how long my appointment should take. Great Experience as usual! Great experience, last covered work done on the full maintenance package and warranty (almost at 100K). Will continue to take my F-150 to Northstar as the staff (Fiona mostly) really seems to be looking after my best interest and my truck. The only small issue I have is that Ford is a little pricey on the tires which is out of the Service groups control - Parts I hope you can adjust. Fiona, Rob and Nathan have always been fantastic and done their best to look after me even when I am a little demanding. Highly recommend that you take your vehicle there! More
