Disregard for Safety My wife was driving our Escape when she was in a low speed collision in a parking lot. This was the day before we were leaving on a driving vacation, My wife was driving our Escape when she was in a low speed collision in a parking lot. This was the day before we were leaving on a driving vacation, consequently we were worried that vehicle might have been damaged so severely it was not safe to drive on a long trip. I called my normal service manager at the shop (Fiona Rea) and she advised that I could being the vehicle in ASAP and they'd be able to inspect it. My wife took the vehicle in, and was told it would take about an hour for the inspection to complete. Clearly this was a stressful situation and we had no where else to turn given the short amount of time before we left for vacation. Finally after 2 1/2 hours waiting, she was told the vehicle was fine and safe to drive. However, as she tried to drive off of the lot the signal light indicators were not working and an error was displayed on the vehicle monitor. Despite taking more than twice the estimated time to "inspect" the vehicle obvious problems were missed, it was clear to us that no qualified technician had even so much as started the Escape's engine. What was already a very stressful situation was now escalated to a full on crisis as we were meant to leave on vacation in just a few short hours and had no safe vehicle to drive. In the end we were able to work with our insurance company to get a rental vehicle and left on vacation on time; however the overall experience with the staff we trusted to inspect the vehicle's safety and roadworthiness was horrifying. More

Very disappointed to find their shuttle driver would not take me home as I "live outside the NW". This was not what I was told when buying this car (and my daughter's car) from here! I am now looking for a different place to buy from and obtain service. More

Great service provided by the body shop I recently had a little mishap with a parking curb and my SUV and damaged the undercarriage of my vehicle. It was making strange sounds, so I wasn't sure if I had to get it towed in or could drive it in. Colin was gracious enough to come to my location to check it out and advise, which was above and beyond. On top of that, I have a 2mo old and a 2 1/2yr old, so it's a pain to organise transportation to come pick up the vehicle when it's done. Colin and a fellow employe then dropped it off at home for me too which was great. It didn't take long for the part to come in, and the service was more than excellent, so I give five stars all the way! More
Friendly and helpful staff Came in to have remote key performance checked as well as same for remote access to trunk door. Also, had lost a ring under driver's seat. While there, ring was found within a couple of minutes by Scott. We then booked a detailing for the car. Remote accesses were found to need no repairs. Pleased with all outcomes and all the staff. However, we were surprised that more than 5 hours were needed when no repairs were necessary More
