He went over all details making sure I got all that I was entitled to. He really cared. Scott Lepsenyi was the service rep I dealt with. On this last visit, thinking I was going to get charged big time for transmission issues, Scott was there to reassure me that he was confident that all issues would be covered by warrantee and they were. It was a nice change believing there was support on the customer side and not feeling one was going to be hit hard because the warrantee void for one reason or another. Even if I did have to pay, Scott really made me feel he was looking after me - That's Service in my book. More

Good considerate service I was happy with the service I got. I would have preferred if they had have called me that night to tell me the vehicle would be ready the next day bu I was happy with the service I got.
