Asked to get my vehicle done by 3pm (allowing for 8 hours to do an oil change and bolt on snow tires) because I had to get kids from school. Sent me away thinking this should be fine, but the deadline was missed, and I had to make other arrangements. I left the shop with the impression they rushed through my job to get me on my way. The job sheet asked for old tires bagged and they were not, so I had to request and bag them myself. On the positive, they were courteous, didn't leave it a mess, and even drove it to the front door for me. Mitch is a good guy and easy to talk to - good front end guy. More

Different but good This was my first experience with a Ford service department, I recently purchased a Ford F150 with the service package. I was not impressed with not being able to just drive in and get a service I have had many new vehicles many different makes and they all offer a drive in option for service. I was made to make an appointment for the next week which was very inconvenient, had I have known that not all Ford dealerships offered the drive in service option I might not have purchased, I guess I am stuck now. The experience and service at Northstar however was very good the staff are all very friendly and professional if I have to make appointments I will go there. However I think overall I will make the drive to the other Ford dealerships that have the drive in option. More
Took 3.5 hours for an oil change. This appointment consumed my morning. It's just an oil change. This was a "Drop and Wait" appointment. I was expecting it to be under 90 min. Thankfully, there was no charge, but I had to ask for it. Staff was very professional. I will try this service center again since they apologized and did not charge me. More
