Pretty good, but doesn't measure up the their mission The service is quite good and everybody is extremely friendly. However, I feel they don't live up to their mission statement which reads something like this: "doing everything possible to make sure customers have their vehicles as many minutes out of the year" Every time I show up there, I get the earliest possible booking and usually the first or second customer at the service center, because I need my van for my business literally ASAP. The way I see it is every minute they have it, I'm loosing money. When I drop it off for a simple service, they expect me to just leave it with them for the whole day and tell me they'll call me when it's ready, so basically I have to write off a whole day of work every time I bring my vehicle in. Yesterday, I dropped my van off at 7:00 a.m. and got a phone call around 2:00 p.m. telling me they just put my van on the hoist and the tires they sold me wouldn't fit! The tires not fitting part didn't bother me much, I was actually extremely upset that I wasted most of my day when I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and my vehicle didn't even get looked at 'till mid afternoon. Not only that, I never did receive a phone call when it was completed and just showed up at the end of the day, because I was losing my patience, only to see my van sitting in the parking lot getting cold after the work had been completed. Needless to say, I can clearly see they can do a million times better with scheduling and getting their customers back in their vehicles sooner....That's their promise in their mission statement after all...a promise that I depend on them keeping, but see very little effort to deliver. Pleasant and quick Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Quite pleased with the fact that they looked into price matching tires. Engine Light and Remote Start. Yes and no. You addressed the issue of fixing the engine light which was covered Under warranty thank you , however wouldn't fix the remote starter u Yes and no. You addressed the issue of fixing the engine light which was covered Under warranty thank you , however wouldn't fix the remote starter unless I paid $100. My argument is this...the remote starter was working until the engine light came on. It's dependant on the engine to be working properly for it to start. So then why wouldn't you just fix it at the same time at no charge. Help me out here, It doesn't make sense to charge the consumer thiis service when it's 100% dependant on the engine to be working properly. I've had issues with my engine light 4'times in the last month and Metro Ford never charged me to reset it. I'm not going to pay 100 each time to reset the remote start just because the engine light csme on. Now the weather is cold and I park outside and I can't use my remote start which is frustrating. Quality Control can be improved as there were a few minor defects after the vehicle was returned to us. it took a couple of tries to get everything sorted out; however, Andrew was great to work with, there were no questions or concerns about fixing the problems and he gave it top priority. excellent service overall. More

They told me they will charge me separate for the break inspection. I came to Northstar and talked to Cassandera about break inspection ans she said she will add a note for the teches to do brake onspection and get me a quote free of charge with the oil change. A couple hours later oil change done with qoute for brake. I was very happy with the entire experiance. Thank you More
