After some comparison shopping, Northstar - the dealership from where I obtained the vehicle - quoted the best deal and although they did not have the tires on site, had them delivered the very next day. Dropping the vehicle off was a breeze - checking in was prompt and courteous. More

Quick & Timely Had my truck scheduled for a 7am drop-off. Pulled up and was greeted (outside in the -15 weather no less) by a Service Advisor within a minute to let Had my truck scheduled for a 7am drop-off. Pulled up and was greeted (outside in the -15 weather no less) by a Service Advisor within a minute to let me know that they just needed to move some cars out of the way and I could pull right in. Drop-off was complete in a couple of minutes; almost felt rushed, though I still had the chance to mention a couple of extras that needed work. Shuttle stuck around and waited and gave me a ride straight home. Only downside was that their shuttle only services the NW, so I wasn't able to get a ride to/from my office instead of home. More

Warranty Work and extras Jessica helped me today... I had concerns about my clutch... which is a warranty item... She listened to my concerns and we addressed them together...
