No specific tire issue found, just that pressures were lower and indicator reset. No charge. I loved that I could drive up without an appointment and have the issue attended to, as this may have been a safety concern, is frustrating, and tire pressure has been a repeat concern in the past. I need my car for multiple work locations in the day and I could resume my day. Very much appreciated the service!! More

Great service Fiona informed me of some great deals they had on. Brake flush and a complete interior exterior cleaning. They did a fantastic job cleaning my truck. Excellent service team! Cassandra and the rest of the service team were great! Turns out the day I booked my service appointment was the last day of my warranty and maintenan Cassandra and the rest of the service team were great! Turns out the day I booked my service appointment was the last day of my warranty and maintenance plan which was unknown to me when I made the appointment (got super lucky there). When I dropped the car off, Cassandra told me right away and without hesitation said that she would get the service team to do a full multi-point inspection & basic maintenance on everything that was covered by my expiring warranty. They ended up doing over $2000 of work (including a clutch & rear shock replacement) and I paid less than $100. I really felt taken care of at Northstar Ford and would highly recommend their service team! More
