Service from Mitch Coppieters I had a few issues with my 2015 Edge Sport. Mitch was very knowledgeable and helpfull with a few issues such as brakes squeeking when I back out of ga I had a few issues with my 2015 Edge Sport. Mitch was very knowledgeable and helpfull with a few issues such as brakes squeeking when I back out of garage and finding my windows down when I came back to car. He explained reasons this happened. The other issues required parts. I found Mitch to be very knowledgeable and professional. Barb the receptionist was also very friendly. I have one comment that I feel your sales people should tell buyers if this is applicable. Tell them about the windows will come down on the car if you hold down unlock car button. I knew nothing about this and it happened a few times which is very unsafe to come back to your car and the car is unlocked and the windows are down. Obviously the button was being pushed in my purse or coat. After Mitch explained I had it disconnected...... More

An Awesome Experience! We purchased our new Expedition at Northstar Ford and it was a stress free process. This was my first time bringing the vehicle in for service work a We purchased our new Expedition at Northstar Ford and it was a stress free process. This was my first time bringing the vehicle in for service work and I was blown away by the customer service I received from everyone there. I originally was just having an oil change but there were some other issues discovered that they worked on right away. While I waited I was constantly asked if I needed anything and Ray even offered to pick me up some breakfast! Afterwards, Fiona went over everything and even introduced me to the gentleman who worked on my vehicle. They did 6 hours of work in 2.5 and my vehicle runs better than ever! Big thanks to Fiona, Ray, Ryan and the whole Northstar team!! More

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the wait was a little longer than I anticipated? Also ( this has happened twice now), when I booked I was given 8:15 as my appointment time. When called for reminder I was told my appointment was at 8:30. Last time appointment time was 9:00. Reminder call, appointment time was now 9:30. This particular girl argued with me. You gave me the time, which I repeated several times. Don't get why the change both times. Why don't you wash serviced cars? Lots of other dealers do. More
