Really good!! A leak of head gasket (pinion seal as well as 8 additional gaskets) being replaced during one service. I think that this is exactly what has been a recall on some newer model Escapes.. Additionally, 6 weeks later a leak was noticed which resulted in the oil pan gasket replacement. I have my fingers crossed that the leaks do not materialize again but have the service records close at hand just in case. More

Not Helpful, go somewhere else! Brought in my Ford Fiesta because the immobilizer light is on while driving. They saw the problem, and said they "cleared a code." They blamed a dead Brought in my Ford Fiesta because the immobilizer light is on while driving. They saw the problem, and said they "cleared a code." They blamed a dead battery key. With diagnostic and two new CR2032 batteries it came to $250, at no less than $9/battery! I started the car, and the problem is still there. They wrote that the car's battery is dead, but no mention of it verbally or as a potential source of the issue while at the dealer. I am glad they didn't offer to change it, because it would have cost me thousands probably. I was not impressed and would not recommend them. More

First time user of Ford's Service center I just purchased a new vehicle from Ford and this was my first experience with the service department. I was very impressed with my reception and tho I just purchased a new vehicle from Ford and this was my first experience with the service department. I was very impressed with my reception and thoroughness. What was even more impressive was the teamwork with helping me get on my way to work. When I picked up my vehicle I was surprised to have all of my windows cleaned. That simple task says alot about your customer service. A+ Thank you for making my first experience an exceptional one. Great Service Took my F 150 in to have the rear sliding window serviced as it would not close every time.
