Terrific Service! I brought my 2016 Fusion into service because the front fender was gaping a bit. Cassandra checked to see if it was a warranty issue but its not. Very Accommodating I had stopped into the Northstar dealership to find out if they sold a paint touchup for my running board on my F150. The guy at the parts desk told I had stopped into the Northstar dealership to find out if they sold a paint touchup for my running board on my F150. The guy at the parts desk told me to ask the service people if the repair was covered by my warranty. I talked to Rob, the Service Director and it turned out is was covered. After the part was delivered, I took my truck in on the next Friday morning. It was ready to go just 2 hours later thanks to Liane. More

Very unhappy! I have had my 2015 F150 in for regular maintenance as well as a couple of warranty issues three times in the last few weeks. My most recent issue that I have had my 2015 F150 in for regular maintenance as well as a couple of warranty issues three times in the last few weeks. My most recent issue that required me to bring my truck in for the 3rd time was a faulty rear door latch so once the part was in, I was asked to arrange an appointment to have it installed. I scheduled an appointment for yesterday morning and brought it in promptly at 7:30. There were challenges finding my 'open' ticket but was assured they would take care of it. It wasn't Cassandra that checked me in as she was not in yet but I don't recall the individual that I was dealing with. I had the shuttle driver take me back home (since they won't go outside of that part of the city to take me downtown to the office) and waited patiently for a call to inform me my that truck was ready. After waiting for most of the day, I called at 3:45 to see if there was an issue with the installation. I was told that they had misplaced my work order and they were just taking it in now. I was told it would be ready for 5:00. The explanation I received was that the service rep that checked me in was only in his 3rd week and didn't understand the process for existing work orders. It seems to me that someone should have been checking up on appointments that were scheduled for that day long before the customer has to call in to inquire on the status. I am also very frustrated with their policy of having the customer go through a light check every time they bring their vehicle in. That should be part of the inspection for regular service and if the customer has brought in their vehicle 3 times in a 2 week period of time, they should not be required to waste any more time having to go through this process - especially when it's busy and the service department is backed up requiring the customer to remain in their vehicle for several minutes. The service manager has told me in the past that part of the reason for this is so customers know how to operate the lighting on their vehicle. I have gone through the functionality of my truck thoroughly and do not need any more lessons on its lighting. I would much rather their company policy be not to ignore customers that are expecting the work to be done. This is not the first negative experience I have had with this service department and I am finally going to be taking my service and any future vehicle purchases to another dealership as it is quite clear that Northstar Ford does not need or appreciate my business.
