The service dept identified a clamp needed to be put in by the body shop because the whole front fender needed to be pulled to get it. I left the car overnight and got Jim the Shuttle guy to pick me up. So surprised when I saw my car: sparkling clean in and out! Even my dirty winter floor mats in my trunk had been washed and placed in my car. Wow! So impressed! More

Technician at the dealership did very good diagnosis and found both the front wheel hubs as well as the bearings need to be replace. Ford service centre honest opinion and service done by not charging any extra bucks and covering all the parts under warranty made me feel very satisfied with this dealership service centre. The technician was able to inspect it the same day and order the parts. They replaced my transmission within 2 business days. However, since this transmission problem is under recall, I was very surprised that I had to pay to have my car towed in. It is not fair to me. More
