Always the BEST service. I dropped off my vehicle with Fiona around 11am for a tire change and service. Fiona addressed all of my concerns and gave me the best service. Appointment booked when mechanic on holidays. Last 2 appointments did not go well. I had an appointment at 6:30, vehicle was not looked at until 4:00. The following appointment, I had called on a monday to book for friday. Needed servicing and recall fixed. When I dropped my vehicle off on the friday I was informed the recall couldn't be done because the mechanic was on holidays. Come on guys. Those folks booking appointments should not book them when mechanics are not available. So now I have to re-book an appointment to get this recall done. More

Amazing Experience I'll be honest in the past I had a negative experience with a previous sales agent at the NorthStar dealership and I was very skeptical and weary; tha I'll be honest in the past I had a negative experience with a previous sales agent at the NorthStar dealership and I was very skeptical and weary; that agent is no longer there but even after 2 years it stuck in my mind. One day I was in and thinking about the car and if it was time to look at a more economical option, I spoke with my amazing service advisor Fiona, who has been a pleasure to deal with for the past 2 years for my service needs. I told Fiona about my hesitance in reaching out to the sales team and she immediately connected me with Dion, whom she recommended for his demeanor and professionalism. Dion reached out and over the course of a couple weeks we connected and sat down and he took his time and really went the extra mile to meet with me and my partner about our needs and wants in a vehicle. With our little guy on the way and wanting to have a safe and reliable vehicle for the crazy Calgary weather we explored the new and used inventory and test drove 5 top choices. Dion was great in listening first to what we 'wanted' then as we sat in those and tried them out and realized what we 'needed' was much more practical and affordable then we had really considered to begin with. Once we decided on our great new Escape it was a breeze; Mike Issa in the finance group was upbeat and explained every piece of the financing and terms with us; Dion continued to work his magic and we found a great term, rate and maintenance package that suited our needs. He went above and beyond with his desire to ensure we got a great vehicle for our expanding family with several additions to make life easier. I think for me what stood out the most was that Dion, having recently just celebrated the birth of his new addition could completely relate to where we were and the nerves and concerns we had; his empathy and humble advice as a parent and knowledgeable Ford Salesperson made the experience one that I will be forever grateful and memorable.
