This was from over 3 years ago! A minor detail was left out of the repair at that time.Without allot of discussion George immediately got me in the shop, and arranged a car rental.They take pride in their work.Their staff was friendly and efficient. When I got my car back it looked like the day it came out of the show room floor.I could not be happier! Quality work on time and at more reasonable price I usually take my Flex to a dealer near my work but this time I could not get an appointment so I decided to try Northstar Ford. I appreciate that they do a thorough check on the engine, wheels etc. and replaced filters and windshield wipers as necessary. Very glad I had purchased the service agreement, so there was no charge! I elected to make an appointment and simply wait in their comfortable customer area in the showroom where there is always lots of coffee, tea etc. rather than use the shuttle service which is great too! Car done as promised and I drove away. I can cross that chore off my list knowing my car is ready for winter! More
