Regular Service Visit I've been diligent to bring my car in every 8000km for regular service since I purchased it from Nathan Epp two years ago. I've purchased three vehicles from him over the years and it has always been a pleasant and low pressure experience. Last week was my 80,000 km visit. I booked the appointment and also asked them to replace some worn tire lugs at the same time. I dropped off the car around 6:20am and was told it would be ready by the end of the day. By 3:00pm Fiona called me to say my car was ready for pickup. The service inspection revealed two engine leaks (covered by warranty) but I would have to bring the car in again to address them. I appreciated the fact that Fiona was already prepared to offer the next appointment slots to meet my schedule needs, and that she had already pre-ordered the gaskets I would need so the work could be done as soon as possible. I think the staff here does a terrific job of taking care of their customers and anticipating their needs. More

Service absolutely the worst I have ever experienced!
