Oil change, tire swap and detail I took my 2015 F-150 in for its sxheduke oil change and to have the winter tires swapped. I also booked it for a detail as they were running a special $79.95. Booking is easy and the drop off procedure was pretty quick and service staff is curteous. I was told they would need most of they. I got a call and truck was ready earlier :). Problems started when I went to pick it up. Got there to pay and they dinged me for an extra $10 for shop supplies for the detail. No mention of this when booking or dropping off. I think this is horrible service and out right lying to the customer whe. Telling me it was only $79.95. Also when reading over the service sheet I discover that the tech noticed a oil leak on the engine. Again no mention of this by the service staff when they called me to say truck was ready, also no explanation as to if it is serious or not, how soon it should be fixed etc. I would expect this to be mentioned and for a recommendation to remedy. The good news is the detailing was excellent truck was shiny and clean probably cleaner than when I first got it. Would have no problem paying the extra $10 just tell me up front and don’t lie. No issues with the quality of the oil change and tire swap. More

It was a shock Service staff were cheerful and quick. My only comment was the shuttle vehicle was overtaxed and I had to wait two hours for pickup. This a friendly and efficient shop. North Star Group Body Shop replaced the front bumper on my damaged Toyota. When my car was ready, I was surprised to find that my car had been cleaned North Star Group Body Shop replaced the front bumper on my damaged Toyota. When my car was ready, I was surprised to find that my car had been cleaned inside and out and looked like new. To my surprise the repair price was lower than the estimate at the Toyota dealer. I think I will used the North Star Group to do everything on my car from now on, service and all. Mr. George Thorne was efficient and fair. 5 stars for him and his staff. I have already recommened this shop to my friends. More

Terrible service Called ahead to book a service and was very detailed in what needed to get done. Showed up on the day of and it was as if this was their first time he Called ahead to book a service and was very detailed in what needed to get done. Showed up on the day of and it was as if this was their first time hearing anything. No parts had been ordered for the recall. They ordered the wrong windshield and expected me to come back multiple days to get this work done because of their mistake. This is our third attempt at a ford dealership and are completely done with the terrible service we’ve received and will sell our ford so we don’t have to deal with this again. Jen in service tried to be helpful and was kind but her hands were tied. More
