Oil change, tire swap and detail I took my 2015 F-150 in for its sxheduke oil change and to have the winter tires swapped. I also booked it for a detail as they were running a special $79.95. Booking is easy and the drop off procedure was pretty quick and service staff is curteous. I was told they would need most of they. I got a call and truck was ready earlier :). Problems started when I went to pick it up. Got there to pay and they dinged me for an extra $10 for shop supplies for the detail. No mention of this when booking or dropping off. I think this is horrible service and out right lying to the customer whe. Telling me it was only $79.95. Also when reading over the service sheet I discover that the tech noticed a oil leak on the engine. Again no mention of this by the service staff when they called me to say truck was ready, also no explanation as to if it is serious or not, how soon it should be fixed etc. I would expect this to be mentioned and for a recommendation to remedy. The good news is the detailing was excellent truck was shiny and clean probably cleaner than when I first got it. Would have no problem paying the extra $10 just tell me up front and don’t lie. No issues with the quality of the oil change and tire swap. More

Quick and easy I had a really easy time going in, getting the service I needed. It was a shock Service staff were cheerful and quick. My only comment was the shuttle vehicle was overtaxed and I had to wait two hours for pickup. Northstar: "We turn your vehicle into our make work project" A few years ago I brought in a vehicle to replace the steering pump and check the serpentine belt (since it sounded like it was frayed and rubbing). A few years ago I brought in a vehicle to replace the steering pump and check the serpentine belt (since it sounded like it was frayed and rubbing). Charged me $75 to "diagnose" and told me it was fine. Once I received the vehicle I check the belt while running and there was a foot long fray in the belt that would be obvious to a first day shop tech. I took it back to Northstar where they replaced it. As my wife was driving home the belt fell off on Crowchild and we could not steer the vehicle and we were almost in a collision. This year I returned to Northstar (maybe they have changed for the better or maybe I am a sucker for punishment), to replace the steering pump (again). Was told that they tested the pump and it was good, but they thought it was a bunch of front end components. After $3500 later was told that the pump was not tested in the beginning and now they believe it was the pump. There is many other issues I have with this dealership, but I don't want bore you with the details. Long and short of it is, I would rather swish my mouth out with used motor oil than return to this money trap. More
Seemed computer system? As navigation was all messed up! Have always dealt with Fiona and she always tells other staff, she will look after me!! She is patient with my description of what the issue might be, luckily she was there on Friday as she goes to the computer right away, and sees that I have an extended warranty, hate to think how much the cost would be as my navigation seemed stuck, would not work when I tried to use,phone calls etc. were not coming through, maybe computer, one thing I would like to see on record or service sheet is what the “Cost” would have been and really what they did to correct, would be a good thing to see how the cost of the extended warranty has been a “a good thing”! Fiona is the best, very very efficient!without a lot of “flash”! More

Showed up on the day of and it was as if this was their first time hearing anything. No parts had been ordered for the recall. They ordered the wrong windshield and expected me to come back multiple days to get this work done because of their mistake. This is our third attempt at a ford dealership and are completely done with the terrible service we’ve received and will sell our ford so we don’t have to deal with this again. Jen in service tried to be helpful and was kind but her hands were tied. More
