Disappointing Treatment of Long Term Customer Have been a service customer at this dealership since 2013 and have my tires stored there. Today they advise that they will not shuttle me anymore to Have been a service customer at this dealership since 2013 and have my tires stored there. Today they advise that they will not shuttle me anymore to Strathcona and that my recall part from 2016 would have to be ordered and won't be here till Xmas - after requesting this part be ordered once it became available back in April. Very disappointed in their client service. I won't be buying a new vehicle here - why would I if I can't get customer care. More

Excellent Care for Client. Efficient. In my experience, the service center is always very efficient. They serviced, diagnosed, and fixed my vehicle in just a few hours. They replaced a small part that was causing a rattle and did not charge me for labour! I am pleased with Northstar Ford Calgary (NW location), and will return to them in future. They are always professional and courteous. They also have a shuttle that will take you home and return you to your vehicle. Very handy. More
