Took my raptor in for the works, called me to tell me my oil cooler w Like any dealer, it's a great shop if your warranty is paying for everything. Took my raptor in for the works, called me to tell me my oil cooler was leaking and under warranty, and my shock was leaking and would be 1500 to fix it. The 1 inch light on the front grill was quoted at 189 dollars to fix, I shake thinking how much the oil cooler + $155/hr shop time would have cost. Overall they did good work, I can't complain. 90 bucks for an oil change/tire rotation/full inspection is a good deal. Would have been 3 stars but they gave me a free coffee and some dude said my truck looked nice so that's pretty much par for the course right there. More

F-150 Alignment I had an appointment for an alignment but Nalen and the service technician accommodated an oil change as well as repaired/replaced front rotors and wi I had an appointment for an alignment but Nalen and the service technician accommodated an oil change as well as repaired/replaced front rotors and windshield wipers (maintenance plan). They also repaired a transfer case leak and repaired an electronic module in the transmission (warranty) that I was unaware of. Great work. More

Miscellaneous Costs First and last time to have my vehicle serviced there. Nobody likes miscellaneous costs. I booked my appointment was quoted what the work would cost but when I went to pick it up there is a miscellaneous cost a little over 10% of the quoted price. I was told it was a imposed government fee that everyone charges. When I said I had not paid it before as a miscellaneous charge. The response was simply that lots of shops just incorporate it into their price (ie not miscellaneous but up front - no surprises) but we like to do it this way. Shady on price estimates lends me to question how you will be dealt with if there is a serious problem. Better places to have your vehicle serviced. More

I came back after an hour and half and she was right there with the paperwork ready for me to sign and pay. She even went and brought my vehicle around from the back for me. I am very happy with the service that Lynn and Ford provided. I know I had previously dealt with another gentlemen who was rude and uncooperative and wouldn't help unload my winter tires for me as it was almost time for him to leave! Really? Is this not your job? This really made me question whether I would come back to your location. However, Lynn is awesome and I was very pleased with your service this visit. More
