Mitch made us feel important and give us great advise. We have also dealt with Fiona Rea and Nolen Christensen. Both also very helpful. Shelly Moulton finish the visit with a STAR. Overall everyone greets us with a smile. Also it was GREAT to find out we get 50% discount to change our tires back to all season. We likely will be purchasing a new vehicle in couple years. Staying with FORD likely. THANKS! More

customer oriented I have a Diesel F350. I live outside of the city so I do not have access to customer drop-off service. When I take my vehicle in for service it is in I have a Diesel F350. I live outside of the city so I do not have access to customer drop-off service. When I take my vehicle in for service it is inconvenient for me to arrange for someone to pick me up, than hours later have them drop me off again to pickup my vehicle. This dealership allows me to bring the unit in first thing in the morning (7:00 AM) and wait the 1.5 to 2 hours for the service to be completed. Great customer service. More
