Didn’t complete booked service Book for vehicle recall. Work was not performed. No reason given. Wasted my time. Also, was given reminder to bring in vehicle at 18,000 km then told Book for vehicle recall. Work was not performed. No reason given. Wasted my time. Also, was given reminder to bring in vehicle at 18,000 km then told service not valid until 22,000 km. Charged extra for tire swap. Not impressed. More

booking appointment Overall I had a very good experience at the dealership for regular oil change. I asked the services advisor if I can pick up my vehicle early although Overall I had a very good experience at the dealership for regular oil change. I asked the services advisor if I can pick up my vehicle early although they only can commit by 5pm, but advisor tried to help me. I got my vehicle by 2:45pm which enable me to pick up kids from school. Thank you! The only issue I had was the communication for booking appointment. I filled out form online requesting a service appointment, shortly I received a email which gives me a few options and ask me to reply with my preferred time. he email also said once I reply the preferred time, they will confirm for me. However, I have not received confirmation a few days after I replied that email, so I called their office, but the lady received my call said she cannot see any information about my appointment, she has to book me in about two weeks. I was disappointed but no choice, so booked a time. one day before the original date I requested in my email, I received a call from them to remind me for service the next day. apparently, there was communication issue here. hopefully they can re-visit their booking protocol and improve that. More

I almost get the impression that they'd like me to believe that there isn't really any problem with the vehicle at all and that it may be only in my head. More
