Also tire storage at $200 annually is double what some competitors offer, better shop around. Tire change fees also fluctuate. Shop fees are also added to prices, although posted and in the fine print, it can add up. More

Clueless Service Department There was nothing special about my service appointment; address a factory recall, oil change and install winter tires. When I dropped the vehicle off There was nothing special about my service appointment; address a factory recall, oil change and install winter tires. When I dropped the vehicle off the day before the service was scheduled I was told the car would be ready at 5pm the next day. I told the advisor I had a 5pm commitment and needed to pick the car up no later than 4pm. I was told this was no problem. The next day I received an update call at 3pm to tell me the car would be ready at 5pm. I explained again I needed the car no later than 4pm. The advisor said she would get back to me and called me back 10 minutes later to say that was no problem. When I showed up a 4pm to pick up my car, I saw it being driven around to the service bays. Inside I was told it wasn't ready, they still needed to do the oil change and it would be 20 minutes before my car was ready. Twenty minutes later they had to go searching for the paperwork and my keys so I could pay and leave. I didn't get out of there until 4:35 and was late for my commitment. Doing the work on the vehicle is a given. The service is in meeting my delivery time, which they failed horribly. The only name I got was Fiona's as she was the one who phoned me. No one else bothered to give me their name. Probably because I was clearly not happy. Another customer there told me my 35 minute delay was nothing. He had been promised his car at 2:30pm and he was still waiting after 4pm. More

Best Customer Service experience I went in for a service on my 2016 f150 and decided to talk to someone about my lease as it was ending in a few months, I was set up with Heather (who I went in for a service on my 2016 f150 and decided to talk to someone about my lease as it was ending in a few months, I was set up with Heather (who wasn’t actually supposed to be there until later but she didn’t check the schedule) she was super nice and helpful, looked at my current lease and while waiting had my truck appraised and found that I would save by ending the lease now and getting a new 2018 F150, we took one for a test drive as well as an explorer (that I was considering) once we decided to go forward with the purchase she lined everything up, She was really helpful and provided lots of information to help me make the decision but I didn’t feel pressured like I have by previous sales rep. Thanks Heather for making this purchase great! For The finance part of the purchase I was passed over to Sam D. He was Great! He Went above and beyond. Probably the best service I’ve had from a dealership! More

I believe the proper research was then done by Northstar to find out what the Ford solutions were to repair the defective oil pan. The repair summary seemed to indicate this. However as this was the 3rd time, I question what was researched in the past. I did my own research to determine there was an identified by Ford oil pan issue. My garage floor and driveway have many oil stains. More

I had no idea as no one had told me. The techs came to the truck and could not figure out what had been done or how to explain. Not a great service experience for first time. More
