I bought my 2016 Fusion last fall and I love driving it. The sales guys arranged reasonable payments and the Ford Flex plan which made this purchase, my first new car ever, doable. I still smile when the engine quits at the lights with the eco-boost engine! With my old cars, the engine quitting at the lights was a major problem but no more panics for me because I'm saving gas! I also stopped by the accounting office and Adam sorted out my annual Flex payment. I also love the service agreement. I got a 6 month maintenance check done and my winter tires on. Didn't cost anything! My husband and I trust Northstar Ford! More

These staff members have always been upfront easy deal with and always get back and or advise me of issues during the service call. From the work completed it seems that Northstar has a great team working on my truck because to date we have not had any issues with service call work completed. Upon picking up my truck and reviewing the service report , the counter staff have always answered any questions and leave me with sense that my truck was in good hands throughout the service call. One of the reasons why the NorthStar front plates remains on truck to this date. More
