Some time later we were called that the replacement of the master cylinder was completed , My wife went to the dealership to retrieve the serviced vehicle, then drove off the lot, and had the brakes fade to nonexistent as the air had not been completely purged from the brake system. I would HIGHLY recommend that the tech responsible do the job properly, as well as test drive the serviced vehicle, so my wife does not feel that we cannot trust you to work on any other vehicles. She had to return a second time after the brakes were properly fixed from her employment to retrieve the vehicle again does not help matters. Might I suggest that the time be taken to do this work professionally as LIVES are at risk. More

Excellent Service I had problems with my Ford's dash board- the lights went off and I did not have any information about the speed, mileage, and ABS did not work. Warranty and body shop It took several trips and numerous attempts but the loose rattling noise that was coming from the dash after a warranty repair sounds to be fixed now. It took several trips and numerous attempts but the loose rattling noise that was coming from the dash after a warranty repair sounds to be fixed now. The service department were very courteous and concerned with getting the issue rectified. Hope I don't have to see them for more than an oil change! On a separate note after an inconsiderate stranger backed into our vehicle when it was parked and left a nice gouge in the bumper and cracked the grill the body shop did a wonderful job of the repair looks good as new!! Thanks Northstar Ford!!! More

Mis assembled Steering Wheel I recently had my vehicle in to do some warranty work on the steering column. The service involved replacing parts which required dis assembling the I recently had my vehicle in to do some warranty work on the steering column. The service involved replacing parts which required dis assembling the steering wheel and column and all associated parts. Once the service was completed I got a call saying my vehicle was completed. As per usual, the vehicle was parked in the parking lot awaiting my pick up. When i got into my vehicle to drive away I noticed that the steering wheel had not been re assembled properly. when I further examined the vehicle more closely I noticed that the wheel was off by 90 degrees. As well, the wheel was making a clicking noise whenever it was turned normally to direct the vehicle in a normal driving process. I was shocked that this was assembled in the manner that it was. However, I was further shocked that someone had driven the vehicle out into the parking lot to park it and that it was not noticed. More
