Every time I take the c-train from downtown to pick up my vehicle, it has been freezing cold. Maybe Northstar could offer a shuttle service from the doors of the train station to your building. It's a short walk but can be freezing and is always windy. More

Don't like being treated like I am totally incompetent I brought my vehicle in for a few things but one was that the washer fluid level light won't go off. They phoned and told me washer fluid level was low. I said no as this has been going on for 6 months +. They argued with me that this was the issue. Low and behold when I picked up my vehicle and left the washer fluid light came back on with a full tank of washer fluid... Now I have to bring it back in which is convenient for no one when I am working full time, need my vehicle for work and have three little children. More

Cannot be trusted Bought a 2010 Ford Edge in June and the car has spent more time on the ramp in their shop than in my possession. So far has had to have work on the b Bought a 2010 Ford Edge in June and the car has spent more time on the ramp in their shop than in my possession. So far has had to have work on the brakes, that they reluctantly agreed to do after telling me something they agreed at sale would not be paid for by the sales unit and then spent 17 days on the ramp having work done on the fuel tank as they messed a recall up and now, have just ripped me off to the tune of $800 to have a power steering hose replaced whilst asking me to pre-pay for the part and then that all I would have to pay for today was the labor, but neglected to tell me there was another part involved with the service which jacked the price today up to $450 ($800 in total). The most dishonest, shady dealership I have ever dealt with. Do not take your car here! More

Friendly staff, but has taken 3 visits to address all issues Staff were friendly and prompt at informing me about the work on my car. However, this was my second visit in 2 weeks - the first was for my 96,000 km Staff were friendly and prompt at informing me about the work on my car. However, this was my second visit in 2 weeks - the first was for my 96,000 km check up/maintenance and to investigate a squeaking sound under the car. The sound was not taken care of and I had to come for a second visit - sound was diagnosed in the back end and I picked up the parts to do the work myself. I noticed on the mechanics notes on my bill that he had heard a "crunching sound" in the front, but it was not diagnosed. This sound remains and I will be going in for a third visit to have a drive around with a mechanic this week. More
