Quality Control can be improved as there were a few minor defects after the vehicle was returned to us. it took a couple of tries to get everything sorted out; however, Andrew was great to work with, there were no questions or concerns about fixing the problems and he gave it top priority. excellent service overall. Very satisfied Before i went to Northstar ford i went to Maidas and talked to them about oil change and break inspection. They told me they will charge me separate f Before i went to Northstar ford i went to Maidas and talked to them about oil change and break inspection. They told me they will charge me separate for the break inspection. I came to Northstar and talked to Cassandera about break inspection ans she said she will add a note for the teches to do brake onspection and get me a quote free of charge with the oil change. A couple hours later oil change done with qoute for brake. I was very happy with the entire experiance. Thank you More
