Heater fixed Heater hasn't worked well since I got the vehicle. Warranty records show I brought it in twice. This time they found a problem and fixed it. Standard Oil Change Brittany took great care of us once we arrived. Getting through to Service on the phone however, was a challenge. When i had to reschedule, the same thing happened. i waited over 24 hours and didn't get a response, so called Rob, the service manager, and left an additional voice mail. after a couple of hours, he did return my call, listened to my concerns, and got me set up. Very helpful with unexpected winter tire problem. We brought our car to Northstar recently without an appointment because we were suddenly driving on the "little" spare tire after a flat tire in -20 w We brought our car to Northstar recently without an appointment because we were suddenly driving on the "little" spare tire after a flat tire in -20 weather. The big tire was pronounced "unrepairable" and Northstar was able to order and install a new winter tire in less than 24 hours. Everyone was very helpful, especially Liane. Thanks, Northstar. He has a similar approach to a fellow I dealt with for 30 years in Saskatoon. I am not interested in haggling over the price. Tell me the price you want and I either accept it or go elsewhere. I also want to state that I always received good service from Michael,(sp?) service adviser at Cochrane on the 2011 F150 which contributed to my decision to buy another Ford. I did have issues with the 2011 F150 when new (8000 km's) and I had decided to buy a Ram in the fall of 2012 as soon as the 2013's were available and never buy another Ford however Marty stepped up to the plate and had the 2011 repaired so that was definatley taken into account when making this purchase. More
