Great customer service. I live on the opposite side of Calgary for Northstar Ford. I had booked my truck in for service in the morning. That morning there was heavy snow and I live on the opposite side of Calgary for Northstar Ford. I had booked my truck in for service in the morning. That morning there was heavy snow and bad roads and I was very late getting my truck in. Mitch the Service Advisor looked at the schedual and said they were so busy it would be two days before I get my truck in now. I need my truck for work. So he said see what he could do. The techs really pushed and had my truck back to me the same day and all quality work. More
