The attention to detail on dropping off is first rate, and the follow up calls keep you well informed. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I could not give 4.9 stars ! Oh... Why not 5 ? It's such a little detail, but it is sometimes in the little details. There was DEF fluid spilt down the side of the truck. Such a little thing, I know. And some people will probably think I am being silly and over fussy. It's only that I happened to read in the manual that, as with other fuel/fluid spillages, it does say to make sure it is cleaned off with a damp cloth and a bucket of water. I dare say that, had I noticed it while I was there, they would have done it for me. Unfortunately, I didn't spot it until I got home. So... Do I recommend NorthStar ? Yes I do ! Ray in Sales is fantastic and was very patient with us; Michael, Cassandra, and Lianne in Service provide excellent Customer Service. And, I am quite sure that I will give 5 stars the next time :) More
