Service was completed within 24 hours and they had her back on the road almost good as new with a 2 year warranty on parts and service to boot. There were a couple of other items of concern but they deemed them not necessary for immediate repair which was a relief considering the costs already incurred. So, upside? Excellent care and service. Downside? Cost of labor. More

December 2016 & January 2017 Service Appointments Dear Northstar, I was very pleased with my two recent service appointments (December 2016 & January 2017). In December, I had my 2006 Ford 500 i Dear Northstar, I was very pleased with my two recent service appointments (December 2016 & January 2017). In December, I had my 2006 Ford 500 in for winter tire installation/alignment and an oil change/inspection. I interacted with Brittany and the Service Manager (don't remember his name). I was treated courteously and respectfully. I appreciated the helpful well organized break down of the recommended future service needs of my vehicle. I am now driving my vehicle after the late January 2017 service appointment the scope of work which involved primarily fixing the front control arms as well as some brake work. I was pleasantly surprised that Northstar picked up the costs of some items. Made a bad experience better I came in to the dealer because my new trucks front bumper was misaligned. (cockeyed) The service personnel were great and had the manager and others I came in to the dealer because my new trucks front bumper was misaligned. (cockeyed) The service personnel were great and had the manager and others agree to get it worked on by the collision center as quick as possible. Bringing a new truck in for this is not the quality I expected so therefore my comment making a bad experience better. This is my second issue with quality. the first is the winter package which I received when I picked up my vehicle. It was fine than but as soon as it got warmer I noticed rust on my rims. I came into to ask the parts departments for caps to hide the end of the drive shaft so my new vehicle did not look like an older rusted vehicle. No caps are available but I was told others applied CLR or painted the ends to prevent or mask that issue. Really?? I should have just been told the rims were cheap and I could pay more for better quality or rims with caps when I purchased the truck. Instead I wait for spring to paint the ends myself in warm weather. More

Friendly Very friendly staff. Unfortunately I did have an issue with the cleaning service, my truck was in for some extras and I was offered a discount on the Very friendly staff. Unfortunately when I picked my truck up come to find out down the road my tail gate was left unlocked even though it was locked when they recived the vehicle and my Ford brand tonnou cover was left insecurely latched. Being a tradesman I always have tools in my truck and would of been very upset if I had of lost them. I know will always check from now on even though the vehicle should be secured by staff. More
