I was very picky on what one I wanted and North Star was the only dea The dealer was very accommodating and patient with my purchase of my new truck. I was very picky on what one I wanted and North Star was the only dealership in all of western Canada that order it in. Staff always very friendly. My only complaint was the final price. I was given a price over the phone but the price didn't include my discount though my employer. When I arrived the price was adjusted but the savings was only 6 dollars and was never explained clear. I still don't see how my plan only saves 6 dollars vs. someone off the street. I feel that I signed the first price and once they realized that I had a discount they adjusted the dealer discount to match the first price and in the end made more money If this exact truck was at another dealer I would have purchased it there, but they had supply and demand in their favor More

Amazing service from start to finish! I have needed some work on my fleet car for a little while as it was not feeling right while accelerating. Another dealership said they could not find I have needed some work on my fleet car for a little while as it was not feeling right while accelerating. Another dealership said they could not find anything wrong. As I discussed my issues with the Service Writer, Liane, she knew by my description what the issue was and called me later that day to confirm what her thought was. They needed to re book me in for another time as the parts they needed were on back order. She called me within a few weeks to book my next appointment in and everything was smooth with no problems. Now my car actually drives like it should and all was dealt with in a timely manner and very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable dealership. I work in the automotive industry and I have had some bad experiences and am very satisfied with how this dealership and their team has been professional, courteous and friendly through the whole process! Good Customer Service. Too Expensive. The customer service provided was great and the work done on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. However, the prices are outrageous. Although I knew the prices at the dealership would be higher than other repair shops, I had to make a quick decision as to where to get my vehicle towed. However, I was a little choked to see that they charged me $40 to put a new battery in my FOB. It cost $10 for the battery and $30 for labour. They charged me 20 minutes of labour time to change one little battery. A service like this should be complimentary as it takes little to no effort to complete. Clearly, the cost does not reflect the service rendered. The fact that Ford doesn’t offer these small courtesies shows that they place little value on customer retention. I do not feel like a valued customer. Instead, I feel like they nickel and dimed me. They will not be my first choice go-forward. I gave a rating of 3 because their customer service was fine and the work was done fast. However, the prices aren’t worth coming back for. More

Very Good Service Was having electronics problems with my new Edge that required disconnecting the battery to prevent wearing down the battery. Took it in for servicin Was having electronics problems with my new Edge that required disconnecting the battery to prevent wearing down the battery. Took it in for servicing. Fiona was very helpful, fully explained that as the electronic problem required disconnecting the battery - that had caused a system reset. However, service department would keep Edge for the day and try to replicate electronic problem. Unfortunately they were not able to replicate problem. Fiona did advise that if problem should happen again, to take Edge directly to service department so that they can provide service while problem is active. More
