He told us personal experences with his vehicle and also tryed to get us anything/everything he could. It really helps when the employee knows EVERY detail of the make of vehicle your looking at or willing to find out for you. We were only planning to look and Doug made us feel we need this, he made us feel human and never presured us, which was nice!
