William was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating the day I purchased it, and was there to help out on the day I picked it up, and answer any questions I had with my new vehicle. He even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was good. Ron Roberts was also very helpful with the delivery of everything. I will definitely recommend William Wong for anyone purchasing a new vehicle. I look forward to dealing with Northland VW in the future, especially after dealing with another dealership in Calgary which left me with a very bad taste in my mouth in regards to buying another new vehicle. I dealt with Matt Dasilva, he was the first salesman to not treat me like I had no idea of what was going on and how a car operates and I am thankful to him for that. And I know it sounds really corny but after taking my Jetta in for service and buying both vehicles its almost like Matt is family. I plan on buying vehicles for my children there when they start to drive, and I believe I will never go anywhere else I have fallen in love with Volkswagen and very much enjoy the service and the salespeople are phenomenal.
