Customer-centred care I was going to be at the dealership as my son had just purchased a used VW Golf. Although I am not yet in the market for a replacement vehicle, I had really been considering a Tiguan for my next purchase, which will likely be in three years. Despite this, Jaime Wedgerfield went out of his way to find a Tiguan with a manual transmission for me to test-drive. He explained all the features of a Tiguan and answered all of my questions.
