Normally it was well worth the extra trip to go somewhere else. Some dealers are just below acceptable in this city. Well, congratulations to Northland Wolkswagen, they made it happen - my first new car from a Calgary car dealership. Bad news for the other brands and dealers, I guess, as they lost my business.
