At each step in the process we spent more time looking, driving and talking about cars on the lot rather than looking at a computer screen. I had an excellent experience with Doug MacGregor. He knew the cars on the lot and was able to compare features with ease. He listened to what I wanted, considered my favorite features from my previous car. I chose 3 cars to test drive. Doug suggested I try the Golf first, he felt it best fit my wants and needs. I didn't test drive the other two cars. At each point in the sale I was dealt with in a pleasant efficient professional manner by the administrative staff. I felt no pressure at any time, was given a fair price for my trade-in and left with a full understanding of the features of my Golf TSI. The perfect car for me. Thank you! More

Pleasant and easy experience! We went in for a previously owned vehicle and Harsha Bhatnagar literally greeted us at the door and we didn't have to wait around for the receptionist We went in for a previously owned vehicle and Harsha Bhatnagar literally greeted us at the door and we didn't have to wait around for the receptionist to page someone (1 star). We were pressured for time, and Harsha hussled to get us into the vehicle for a test drive as quickly as he could. We were in and out in good timing and got all questions answered. He really respected our time restrictions (2nd star). Harsha promised to follow up with us after a few days and I got a call (3rd star). We were comparing other vehicles and decided to go back to the dealership and asked to take the car out again. We were accommodated quickly again. We felt zero pressure to buy the car and Harsha gave us time to discuss privately if this was the car for us (4th star). We decided to go ahead with the car and with the help of the manager Kevin Bradley we were able to purchase at a very fair price (5th star). Thank you! More

Best car buying experience ever My family went into Northland Volkswagen looking for a used vehicle that would get us around town while sipping fuel. Jason was helpful and knowledgable about what he had on the lot and presented some options. After test driving and inspecting vehicles none really jumped out. Jason and another gentleman from the new car sales side by the name of Oliver conferred and decided to pitch us a deal on a new Jetta (all very low pressure). It was great to have two sales people working together as opposed to climbing over each other for a sale; isn't that the nature of a "team". The Jetta was exactly what we looking for and a new car to boot. Through the entire experience Jason and Oliver were knowledgable, friendly, and in no way pushy. Upon pickup we were greeted by Ron.Roberts who was comical and knowledgable and did a rundown on the Jetta. In finance we dealt Manou. She was friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I will go to Northland Volkswagon any time I need a vehicle. More

I initially dealt with Alanna Toogood who was able to get me the car I wanted with a respectable trade-in value for the vehicle I was offering them. Alanna's direct and up-front customer service style makes her very easy to work with. Trevor Majeski handled the finance and service packages. Trevor's personality meshed really well with mine. He is easy going yet focused on getting you set up correctly. Finally on the day of the car pick-up, Ron Roberts took me through all the details of my new vehicle. You can really tell that he is looking to ensure that you are comfortable with all the technology your new car is offering you. More

The initial sales person (sorry I didn't catch her name) was very polite and gave us what information she could and when the questions were about a specific area that was not able to fully answer she took us to Jamie Wedgerfield for more information. Jamie was very knowledgeable about our specific vehicle and was able to give us some very helpful information. Then he went the extra mile since we were at the dealership outside of the regular parts and service hours he even followed up and got pricing, availability and parts information for us and sent it to us by email for our convenience. I really can't ask for more. Our experience with Northland and the couple of staff that we encountered on this visit was polite, helpful, and professional. We will certainly be back when considering future purchases both for vehicles and parts. More
