We are from out of town and Dan promised the vehicle would be ready at a specified time. He called us at exactly that time to confirm the work was complete and the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Great experience from start to finish! We've been toying with the idea of replacing our 2006 Jetta since the beginning of this year and had been to visit Jamie several times since March. We We've been toying with the idea of replacing our 2006 Jetta since the beginning of this year and had been to visit Jamie several times since March. We talked different models and numbers with him a few times and despite a couple of times not going ahead with the deal (my husband is super indecisive!) - each time Jamie was super responsive and understanding. In September we finally went ahead and purchased a 2017 Golf GTI. There were no pressurized sales tactics and it truly felt like a fun experience to buy the car. I just can't fault the experience in any way. Even post sale, Jamie couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy, by booking services and tire changes. Plus I also have to say that the GTI totally puts a smile on my face every time I drive it - it's awesome!!! More
