We bought a great, well maintained, low mileage 2015 Tiguan from Northland Volkswagen after doing lots of comparison shopping. The positive and friendly service at Northland Volkswagen made our decision making process easy. Jamie provided us with all the details and options so we could make an informed choice, answered all our questions (and there were many of them!) thoroughly, responded to our emails quickly and was very flexible with scheduling appointments. Guy was well organized and thorough with final payment details when we picked up the car. Ron was very friendly, informative and didn't rush us through checking over the car during the official 'handing over' of the keys. All and all a very positive experience.
