Delivery was superb, bought some alternate wheels on sale at 1/2 price. I'm super happy with my 2016 Mk6 GTI. I got an amazing trade in price on my 2013 GTI which kinda surprised me. Like most buyers, I don't really look forward to the sales experience, but we found Jamie to be easy to deal with, and he accomodated our request for a fair discount. His advice regarding VW sales incentives was also very helpful. Genuine, not too "slick" and helpful! We were also impressed with Ron Roberts who showed us how everything worked, knew his product very well, and had good knowledge of previous models. More

Extremely Satisfied! Having never owned a Volkswagen, we were a little apprehensive walking into the dealership. We had been looking at a different make, but wanted to con Having never owned a Volkswagen, we were a little apprehensive walking into the dealership. We had been looking at a different make, but wanted to consider some other options before making a final decision. Jamie Wedgerfield approached us in the lot, and asked if he could be of assistance. My wife and I were both blown away by his vast knowledge of the specific model (GTI), that we were interested in. He answered every question we had with confidence and conviction, and offered plenty of useful information on many additional features of the vehicle that we weren't even aware of. Although it was late in the evening and close to closing, he demonstrated many of the features of the vehicle and continued to answer our questions and make recommendations based on our apparent wants and needs, without watching the clock. We arranged a test drive for the following day, and although we were late, Jamie spent over 2 1/2 hrs with us, making sure to go over all of the intricate details of the vehicle and spending some time going over and making recommendations on the various options and protection packages available. Needless to say, we purchased the vehicle and are looking forward to a similar positive experience with the service department over the coming months and years. More
