Didn't have to lift a finger I called Thursday evening to schedule an oil change and quote on a new passenger side tire (hit a pothole and there was a lump on the sidewall) assumi I called Thursday evening to schedule an oil change and quote on a new passenger side tire (hit a pothole and there was a lump on the sidewall) assuming that the service centre would be booked for at least a week. I was surprised to find out that I was booked the next morning! I was greeted by Jane who was lovely to deal with at 8:30 in the morning. Shuttle was there to take me to work and I received a call by 10:30 advising my service was done and a quote on a new tire. Unfortunately the quote I feel was much too high (195 plus taxes and fees mounted and balanced for one tire) so I opted out - but nevertheless I picked up my car at lunch and drove away with a smile. My experience with Northland VW is that the service is always quick, professional and seamless. I came back, took care of the invoice, popped in my car, and was off. More
